Bud Graessle serves as senior vice president, product and performance for Individual Life and Financial Services (ILFS) at OneAmerica Financial. As part of his role, he provides overall financial and strategic leadership for the line of business, overseeing all aspects of product strategy, underwriting, claims, risk management, pricing and financial performance. Graessle also oversees the career distribution channel as well as OneAmerica Securities, Inc., a wholly owned broker dealer and registered investment advisor of American United Life Insurance Company^® (AUL), a OneAmerica Financial^® company.*

Graessle plays an integral role in strategic planning and leading large transformational initiatives for ILFS. He has held various financial leadership roles since joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial in 2015, including treasurer, controller and senior accounting officer. While in these positions, he led all aspects of corporate finance including corporate development, rating agency management, investor relations and financial planning.

Prior to joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial, Graessle spent nine years in the audit practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Indianapolis. As a senior manager, he served and advised public and private investment management and insurance company clients in the life, health, and property and casualty sectors.

Graessle serves on LIMRA’s life insurance executive advisory board and is a member of the Ball State University accounting advisory board. He has also served on the board of directors and finance committee for Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana since 2017.
