Life insurance

Whole life insurance

Whole life insurance offers your clients versatility and security to use in a variety of ways. At OneAmerica Financial® we offer three whole life insurance options offerings. As with guarantees associated with most whole life insurance policies, these include growth through dividends, but also options that offer your clients flexibility through a variety of riders to customize coverage for their specific needs.

  • Whole Life Insurance

    This option offers the security of guaranteed premiums and values, and it can help clients address financial needs, or it can be used as a key person insurance to help protect business interests.

  • Whole Life 121

    This option provides increased affordability by spreading premium payments over a longer period (to age 121), with payments typically lower than with other whole life insurance products.

  • Whole Life Select

    With this plan, clients make policy payments over a selected amount of time to secure lifelong insurance protection. Offer your clients guaranteed premiums as well as guaranteed premium payment periods and policy values.

     

Term life insurance

When your client is looking for an affordable life insurance option that protects their economic life value against the impact of an untimely death, our term life insurance products can help. Our term life insurance coverage portfolio can provide families with 10-, 15-, 20- or 30-year level premium guarantees. Both our OneAmerica Term and OneAmerica Premium Term options feature optional child benefits and waiver of premium riders to extend life insurance protection to family members. In addition, the Premier Term product offers conversion to several competitive permanent coverage options in our portfolio.

  • Variable universal life insurance

    If your client’s need aligns to both protection and growth, OneAmerica Financial Variable Universal Life insurance (VUL) protection may be a great option. Offering flexible premium life insurance protection with potential cash value growth through investments tied to the financial markets, VUL provides a tax-preferred way to protect with upside investment potential.

     

Annuities

At OneAmerica Financial we offer annuity contracts that can meet a variety of your client's needs. Whether your client is wanting to create their own pension, supplement their retirement income, or simply grow their funds at a stated rate, we offer fixed annuity products that can meet these needs. All our annuity contracts offer guaranteed payout, tax-deferred growth (on deferred annuities), and optional riders that can be added to meet specific client needs.

  • Single premium immediate annuities

    This option guarantees your clients a periodic income for a fixed period or for life, starting immediately. Life annuitization options are great for clients who worry about outliving their assets.

  • Freedom Builder indexed annuity

    A fixed-indexed annuity offers your clients increased account value in market upswings and protection from market downturns until payouts begin. Freedom Builder Plus can enhance your clients’ guaranteed income.

  • Secure income stream annuity

    A flexible deferred income annuity, allows clients to "turn on" income at a specific age/time and benefit from a guaranteed income stream they can't outlive.

Long-term care protection using annuities

If a client experiences a health event and does not have a long-term care strategy in place to address the need, their family members could become their caregivers. In addition, retirement assets that have taken clients so long to save could be in jeopardy due to extended care needs. Our Annuity Care product portfolio allows clients to use annuity policy values to help address long-term care expenses.

  • Annuity Care®

    This annuity with LTC benefits provides your clients access to their cash value for qualifying care expenses on a tax-advantaged basis, and they can purchase extended benefits with guaranteed premiums.

  • Annuity Care® II

    This annuity includes LTC benefits with which clients can access their cash value for qualifying expenses on a tax-advantaged basis, and it has built-in extended care benefits at guaranteed premiums.

  • Indexed annuity care

    A single-premium fixed-indexed annuity offering can help your clients grow their assets, protect from downside risk, and create a barrier between them and the risks associated with LTC. Several crediting options are available to maximize account value.
