    FINRA fund analyzer

    Evaluate and compare the cost of owning funds. The analyzer provides a way to compare more than 30,000 funds, automatically applies fund applicable fees and commonly available discounts, and does the math for you.

    Medallion Signature Stamp Program

    OAS Home Office principals have taken the necessary training and are equipped with a medallion stamp. A medallion signature guarantee is a special signature guarantee for the transfer of securities.

    Competitive payouts

    The compensation structure for registered representatives of OneAmerica Securities is uncommon and tends to set us apart from most other broker dealers. In addition to the W2 compensation structure for those in the Career Agent distribution channel, OneAmerica Securities registered representatives will find that our top tier payout rates are some of the strongest in the industry.

    Weekly EFT

    OneAmerica Securities performs weekly commission runs. When electing direct deposit, commission payments are received weekly on Thursday.

    Incentive payouts/trips

    Every OneAmerica Securities registered representative has the ability to earn their way into the annual OneAmerica Securities Top Producer Conference, but as a registered rep on a Career Agent contract, there are also the Leaders Conference and Chairmans Conference trips that can be earned annually.

    Licensing reimbursement program

    As an OneAmerica Securities registered representative in the OneAmerica Financial ℠ Career Agent program, OneAmerica Financial ℠ offers a reimbursement program for newly licensed agents to help cover the expenses of license renewal fees and FINRA licensing exam fees.

    Low-cost E&O insurance

    As a broker dealer in support of a Career Agency distribution channel for an insurance company, our history of taking a rather conservative approach to the financial services industry has allowed for our Errors and Omissions Insurance premiums to remain significantly lower than many of our peers, offering an additional cost savings to our agents and registered representatives as they build and maintain their practices.

    Career Agent W-2 compensation structure

    For registered representatives associated with our OneAmerica Financial career agency distribution channel, all compensation is paid out under a W-2 compensation structure as opposed to a 1099 form, which allows for OneAmerica Financial to make FICA contributions on the Career Agent’s behalf. In addition, because of the W-2 arrangement, Career Agents have access to valuable benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) with a strong employer matching contribution of up to 6%.

    Docupace is a web based electronic document submission and management system that eliminates the need for maintaining paper files. Business is submitted in Docupace to the Home Office Principal for suitability review and forwarded to the vendor for processing.

    Pershing brokerage account management

    NetX360+ is Pershing’s robust platform used by OneAmerica Securities to open accounts plus trading, market data, research, and client information at your fingertips.

    Data aggregation systems

    DST Vision is the interactive website that allows for client account visibility with their mutual fund, insurance, and retirement account products. The DST Vision rep branded customer reports and integrated analytics through Advisor Watchguard help you stay informed and connected.

    Continuing education

    RegEd is the regulatory training platform to complete firm and regulatory requirements as a OneAmerica Securities Registered Representative as well as give you access to a catalog of courses available to receive insurance continuing education credits.

    Compliance technology tools
